Refund and Return Policy
Jim’s Jerky comes with 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product you can send it back and receive a full refund!
If you purchase a product that is faulty or spoilt we request that you notify us immediately and arrange for the stock to be sent back. This way we can evaluate goods and alleviate any glitches to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
To return stock, if you still have the original postage pack, we ask you to reseal the damaged or faulty good and ‘return to sender’.
Our Process - Failed Order
If for any reason the products you have ordered have not arrived, we advise you to wait two business days. Should your products still not arrive please call us and we will be able to supply you with a suitable timeframe in which you will receive your order.
